Yes, the software is free to download and install. If you want to use it for Commercial purposes, then you have to pay for a license key. I've just tested the application and it works just fine, also you can uninstall it very easy from the Programs and Features menu in Control panel.

For any other issues while uninstalling the application, download Geek Uninstaller, locate the app in the list and select Force Removal.
